Guided by local brothers Dimitri & Pantelis, you’ll sail aboard a small boat that blends in
quietly with the natural surroundings. This means better turtle encounters, calmer
waters, and a more meaningful experience for everyone—turtles included.

Tours usually depart at 10:00AM OR 15:00AM , depending on weather and travel
conditions. Once youve booked, you’ll receive a message with the exact departure time
for your tour.

Enter hidden sea caves that only small boats can access! Swim through glowing tunnels
and see magical reflections on the water.
��️ Turtle Island (Marathonisi) – Beach Stop
Cruise around this turtle-shaped island—one of the main nesting sites for loggerhead
turtles. Stop at the beach for swimming, sunbathing, or a cold drink from a floating
snack bar.

Terms and Conditions for Boat Rentals These terms apply to both Private Boat Trips and Self-Drive Boat Rentals. By booking and/or participating, renters and passengers agree to the following: General Conditions (Applicable to All Trips) Arrival Time Renters and passengers must be present at the agreed meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrival without notice may result in reduced trip time or cancellation without refund. Safety All passengers must follow safety instructions provided. Snorkelling equipment is provided for both private trips and self-drive rentals. Weather & Sea Conditions Trips are weather and sea-condition dependent. The operator reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel any trip if conditions are deemed unsafe. In case of cancellation due to weather, an alternative date or full refund may be offered at the operator’s discretion. Personal Belongings Personal items are brought onboard at the renter’s own risk. The operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Private Boat Trips (With Captain) Fuel Fuel is included in the price of private boat trips. Responsibility The captain is responsible for operating the vessel. Passengers must follow all instructions given by the captain at all times. Itinerary Routes and destinations may change due to weather or safety considerations. Self-Drive Boat Rentals (Without Captain) Fuel Fuel is not included in the rental price. Fuel costs will be charged separately based on consumption. Renter Responsibility The renter is fully responsible for the vessel during the rental period. The renter is liable for any damage, loss, or mechanical issues caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. The renter must operate the boat responsibly and in accordance with all local maritime laws and regulations. Condition of Vessel The boat will be inspected before and after the rental. Any damage identified after the rental will be charged to the renter. Cancellations & Refunds -Cancellation made 3 days before the check-in will be eligible for a 99% refund, excluding expenses. -Cancellation made less than 3 days before check-in will not be refunded. -No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals without notice. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement Boating and water activities involve inherent risks. By participating, renters and passengers acknowledge and accept these risks. The operator is not liable for injury, accident, or loss except where required by law. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
